DiLorenzo Custom Homes is a family owned business run by two brothers. Enzo and Emilio DiLorenzo are first generation homebuilders, born and raised in Rochester New York. Both Enzo and Emilio are graduates of Rochester Institute of Technology and have over 20 years of combined experience in every facet of home building. Enzo after many years working in commercial and residential building decided to earn his Masters Electrician License from New York State and soon started his own electrical contracting business. Enzo lives in Spencerport with his wife Laurie and two daughters, Angela 16 and Danielle 11. Emilio also resides in Spencerport with his wife Patricia, 10 year old twins Hanna and Nicholas and 2 year old Olivia, who was adopted from China and arrived on February 4th 2005. The working relationship between Enzo and Emilio turned out to be a perfect match. Emilio's focus is spending time with customers walking them through each and every step of the building process. From design, to move in and beyond Emilio will be their providing our customers with all the support and information needed. Enzo on the other hand is focused on the actual building of the home. He is on-site everyday overseeing all areas of construction. He is responsible for ordering material and scheduling of our sub-contractors. At any given time you will find one of them on-site supervising and working ensuring the details are not overlooked. Over the years DiLorenzo Custom Homes has gained valuable knowledge in specializing in designing and building handicapped accessible homes. There are so many small details and attention needed when building a home that is fully handicapped accessible for all disabilities. They also specialize in the future, known as "smart homes". We have designed and implemented many homes with state of the art voice, data and video services including Home Theater design and installation. The possibilities are endless.
